Troy Roundy, November Customer Service Award

JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) Chamber Ambassadors and staff from the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce are pleased to present you with the Customer Service Award for November. This award recognizes people who go above and beyond for customers. You received two separate nominations  recognizing your quick response, patience, and commitment to helping local businesses. The first nomination stated: “Troy is always customer focused. I swear I emailed him to ask him to do something, and two minutes later he’s here to get it done. He really does go above and beyond to ensure the needs of customers are met and then some. He deserves to be recognized for the top-notch service he provides throughout Jamestown and the surrounding communities!” The second nomination spoke to your time in explaining a new phone system to employees and ensuring they were comfortable with the new tech.
